Meetings & Conferences

We will assist you with hotel management and venue finding and contracting and we are on site during the execution of the meeting. We have arranged meetings in different spaces from a traditional hotel ballroom to a circus or historical palace. We offer ground handling services, delegate management, source local staff for your event.

Event Design & Production

The production element supports the creation of unique environment for your event. We provide personalized solutions, customized to the particular event and its objectives. Our services include technical management, audio visual, set build, technicians and crew, stage management, entertainment management, print and branding. Russia has so many beautiful venues to offer for events – from historical palaces to modern panoramic spaces.

Catering & Décor

EGO East Company will create the whole concept of event including décor, creative menu and service, branded décor elements and entertainment program during dinner.

Transportation & Logistics

We will offer you various transportation means to surprise the attendees every other day of their event – you can experience boats, retro cars, retro train, helicopters, horse carriages or bikes. We carefully select suppliers and partner with best transportation companies in cities around Russia to provide high quality transportation logistics for our clients.

Sport Events Management

We understand that sport is a unique way for any brand to establish a share in the heart and mind of consumers. We use our detailed knowledge of event and hospitality sector to align it with sports. We have experience working with both sponsors and teams in events like World Cup 2018, Euro 2020, at Moscow Raceway and with St Petersburg Zenit team.

Space training & Zero Gravity flights

We offer exclusive space training in the Star City of Moscow – the premises of the Russian cosmonaut team. The real cosmonauts that took part in orbital flights and worked in the space station will meet you during the program, explain the specifics of space discovery and lead a training especially designed for the participants. These courses are intended for all space enthusiasts. We also offer the unique experience - weightless flight on the aircraft used for training cosmonauts around the world.
