The award ceremony was concluded with a specially designed acrobatic performance for this specific stage and client.

EGO East Company organized a product launch for an exclusive alcohol brand in Russia with 140 VIP guests including journalists and celebrities from all over Asia. This memorable event took place inside the resplendent Marble Palace. With 3 days of installation and formidable decor elements brought all the way from France in order to offer the most sumptuous ceremony possible.

Ice-Hockey at the Red Square

This incentive and team-building event took place during the Russian winter and we tried to use the seasonal context within the program in order for the client to enjoy Russia’s iconic winter atmosphere. Guests were offered an ice check-in with hotel keys frozen in blocks of ice. We privatized the renowned Ice Rink on the Red Square near Kremlin and St Basil's church offering guests the exclusive and unforgettable experience of playing ice hockey in the heart of Moscow with breath-taking Kremlin views.

Cultural Heritage Private Visit

EGO East Company crafted an exclusive cultural program for one of its top clients showing major destination highlights. One of the most beautiful cathedrals in St Petersburg – Spilled Blood Church was opened exclusively for the group after working hours. Guests were welcomed to the destination by a private performance of the children’s choir and enjoyed the interior beauty of the place. The following evening a private viewing of the Hermitage Museum was arranged with a magnificent Peacock-clock winding for the group. The program was concluded by an exclusive visit with the curator at the Faberge Museum followed by a lunch cocktail.

Royal Gala dinner in Yusupov Palace

EGO East Company installed a gala dinner that took place in one of the most famous city palaces worldwide - Yusupov palace. Horse carriages took guests to palace doors similarly to the manner in which royals used to travel. The private palace theatre hosted an exclusive ballet performance prior to dinner and guests enjoyed a glass of champagne concurrently with the tour. Dinner was served in the splendid White Room with menu resembling those of the ball once organized by Tsar Nicholas II.

Soviet Party at the Manege

We developed the concept of a themed Soviet festive gala dinner for the client. The event took place in one of the largest venues in the city – Moscow Central Manege. Décor being done in the style of Soviet posters, specially designed for the client using Sovietic artifacts. EGO East Company took care of sound & light production to create the longed for Sovietic joyful atmosphere. In addition to that the internationally reputed Red Army Choir of 130 singers serenaded the evening.

Russian Evening at the Ballet Theatre

This traditional and original evening began with the performance of famous Nutcracker ballet, followed by a typical Russian dinner with waiters in national costumes, tables decorated with Russian shawls and samovars arranged around the hall serving ice-cold vodka. The guests also enjoyed the Cossack show.

White Challenge

EGO East Company arranged the “White challenge” diverting day in the winter forest where guests enjoyed snowmobile rides in smaller groups with professional instructors, followed by a football match on snow and a surprise - the famous "banya" (Russian sauna) to warm up and relax.

Gala Dinner at Yabloko Gallery

We arranged a Gala event in the art gallery Yabloko, an extraordinary and unique modern venue. The art gallery exhibits unique bronze sculptures of the world-renowned artist Zurab Tsereteli. EGO East Company took care of venue management, AV production and crafted an outstanding entertainment program combining classical as well as folkloric elements showing Russia’s diverse musical heritage.

Zero Gravity Flight

The unique adventure “Zero Gravity flight onboard Ilyushin-76 MDK flying laboratory was conducted by us at the Star City not far from Moscow. Zero-gravity flight enables participants to float and fly like an astronaut onboard space station under conditions of real weightlessness. The crew of qualified instructors who have been training dozens of cosmonauts before their space flights helped the guests to get rid of Earth gravity

Headquarters of the Red Army Choir

And another once in a lifetime experience offered by Ego East Company for the client award dinner was to arrange it in the main training premises of the Alexandrov Red Army Choir, considered to be one of the best male choirs in the world. Building of Soviet architecture suited the dinner concept and guests enjoyed the performance of dancers and best choir soloists during the event.
